Job Description

Job Title:
Program Coordinator -
Non-IT Location:
Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-driven Program Coordinator - Non-IT to support learning-focused program operations in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate projects, manage shifting priorities, and help deliver outcomes that keep programs moving smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining a strong focus on organization and follow-through. Support project management efforts by prioritizing tasks, adapting quickly to changing needs, and driving appropriate actions. Collaborate with managers, program stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external clients to support successful execution. Use whiteboarding, database, creative, and office tools to assist with planning, tracking, analysis, and presentation needs.
Required:
3-4 years of experience in program management or operations and logistics in a learning environment. Associate's degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience, and training. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver outcomes. Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable, Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier), Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel. Experience with Adobe LMS, Articulate Rise360, and Workday is a plus.
