Job Description

Join the Audi Beaverton Team as our Parts ManagerPay Range - $115,000 - $130,000 Audi Beaverton, part of Sunset Imports, is seeking a capable, data-driven Parts Manager to lead a high-performing department that supports retail, wholesale, and internal service. We serve the Portland metro and surrounding areas with a premium customer experience. Our business is community minded, growth oriented, and proud of long-standing relationships with clients, team members, and local organizations. As Parts Manager, you will own the parts operation end to end. You will lead a skilled team, tighten processes, and deliver reliable availability for the Service Drive and customers. Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the parts team across back counter, retail, wholesale, internet and internal salesEnsure parts availability to the Service Department with disciplined stock control and first-time fill performanceBuild and enforce clear processes for ordering, receiving, stocking, binning, cycle counting, shipping, and returnsManage financial performance, including pricing matrices, gross retention, expense control, and month-end accuracyForecast demand, set min/max levels, and optimize days-supply to reduce obsolescence and dead stockStrengthen wholesale and collision accounts with professional outreach and on-time delivery standardsOversee warranty and core returns, audits, and compliance with Audi programs and policiesMaintain vendor and OEM relationships to secure favorable terms, accurate invoicing, and timely deliveriesCollaborate with Service, Sales, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations and a consistent client experienceSafeguard the department through safety practices, secure inventory controls, and clean auditsMonitor performance daily and adjust quickly to remove bottlenecks and protect throughput
Key Metrics You Will Own:
First-time fill rate and lost-sale captureParts gross profit and expense ratioInventory turns, days-supply, and obsolescence percentageSpecial-order cycle time and agingCounter productivity and accuracyWarranty and core return complianceInventory variance and audit results
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of dealership parts management experience with proven resultsStrong team leadership, coaching, and accountability focusFluent with DMS and parts systems, reporting, and Excel for analysis and forecastingClear communicator who partners well with Service and Sales to meet client and technician needsOrganized, detail oriented, and decisive in a fast-moving environmentValid driver license with acceptable recordPassion for the Audi brand and a premium customer experience
