Responsibilities Provide expert guidance to customers on parts selection, accessories, and maintenance products, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Manage inventory control through accurate stock management, order fulfillment, and use of inventory management systems Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit card payments with professionalism. Assist with vehicle maintenance and automotive diagnostics to identify parts needs and troubleshoot issues for customers. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts, maintaining optimal stock levels. Maintain organized shelving, stocking shelves, and ensuring the cleanliness of the parts department area. Communicate effectively with team members and customers via phone etiquette, fostering strong relationships through excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous dealership or retail parts experience is required , especially within automotive or motorcycle environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and perform retail math accurately. Knowledge of automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, and automotive diagnostics is a plus. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, sales management, and marketing strategies will set you apart.
