Director of Supply Chain Our manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys partnering across departments, and is passionate about driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing and motivating a high-performing team. This role is on-site in McMinnville, Oregon. Director of Supply Chain Responsibilities Lead supply chain operations across production planning, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and customer service to support efficient manufacturing and product flow. Manage and develop a high-performing local team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across multiple functional areas. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Sales teams to optimize planning, inventory, and fulfillment processes. Monitor key performance metrics, improve operational systems, and drive process enhancements that increase efficiency, service levels, and inventory accuracy. Oversee transportation, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Director of Supply Chain Qualifications 5-10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience across planning, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and customer service within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or
