Job Description

Director of Supply Chain Our manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys partnering across departments, and is passionate about driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing and motivating a high-performing team. This role is on-site in McMinnville, Oregon. Director of Supply Chain Responsibilities Lead supply chain operations across production planning, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and customer service to support efficient manufacturing and product flow. Manage and develop a high-performing local team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across multiple functional areas. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Sales teams to optimize planning, inventory, and fulfillment processes. Monitor key performance metrics, improve operational systems, and drive process enhancements that increase efficiency, service levels, and inventory accuracy. Oversee transportation, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Director of Supply Chain Qualifications 5-10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience across planning, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and customer service within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or
APICS/ASCM
certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of production planning, ERP systems, inventory control, logistics operations, and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. Proven success leading local, cross-functional teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a hands-on leadership role. Direct supervisory experience is required. Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or similar process manufacturer is preferred, along with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting a growing consumer products business.
Salary:
$135K-$150K/year + Bonus.
