Your Role:
The Head of Regional Supply Chain
NA/EU, DS&S
plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the SCM and DS&S business strategy across North America and Europe. This position is accountable for overseeing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and leading cross-functional supply chain operations, including planning, customer service, and logistics. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with commercial, engineering, manufacturing, quality and finance teams to ensure demand-supply alignment, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while driving long-term scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
S&OP Strategy Execution Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SCM and DS&S global S&OP processes across NA and EU, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, supply capabilities, and financial objectives. Lead End-to-End Supply Chain Operations Manage and lead a team of 10+ members across multiple functions, including planning, customer service, and logistics, to drive seamless, end-to-end supply chain operations that support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Demand-Supply Analysis & Risk Management Analyze demand/supply gaps, risks, and opportunities. Build and manage simulation models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analyses. Inventory Management Excellence Lead inventory planning and control processes to optimize inventory levels, including safety stock management, and maintain high service levels. Identify and resolve inventory risks related to demand fluctuations, supply disruptions, or slow-moving products. Customer Service and Logistics Management Optimization Oversee regional customer service operations to ensure superior service quality, proactive order management, and responsiveness to customer needs. Collaborate closely with commercial teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage logistics operations, including transportation and distribution, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with overall supply chain strategies. Performance Management Prepare and deliver S&OP reports, business reviews, and executive presentations. Track and report on key metrics, including OTIF, inventory, and forecast accuracy. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, quality and finance to ensure end-to-end alignment across the value chain and deliver on strategic and operational goals. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen planning, execution, and service delivery. Global Alignment & Harmonization Work closely with other regional supply chain leaders to harmonize global processes, share best practices, and implement common tools and KPIs. Talent Development Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build future-ready capabilities and ensure organizational resilience. Drive succession planning, skill-building initiatives, and talent pipelines to sustain and strengthen the organization's long-term growth and operational excellence. Regional Leadership Engagement Serve as a key member of the regional/site leadership team, actively supporting operational strategies, business reviews, and cross-functional decision-making to ensure alignment between supply chain execution and site-level priorities. Change & Transformation Leadership Act as a change agent for future-state operating models; lead transformation initiatives that support scalability, digitalization, and standardization of supply chain processes.
Who You Are Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in supply chain area and management roles Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related quantitative field Hands-on experience with SAP and APO/IBP or similar, including BOMs, routings, lead times, etc. to adequately guide system adoption and optimization for materials/production planning
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related quantitative field Strong analytical skills, understanding of data to drive the decision-making process Demand and forecast techniques Scenario planning Strong communication skills•written and oral; presentation capabilities•drive clear and concise message during the S&OP meetings Process-oriented and continuous improvement mindset, understanding the connection points and focus on simplification and strengthening of those connections Strong knowledge in inventory management principles Ability to successfully drive change in a highly matrixed environment
Preferred Experience:
Proven experience fostering cross-functional relationships, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and finance Knowledge in supply chain and finance will be a comparative advantage for the individual Strong operations knowledge and theory of constraints Familiarity with master data management & governance Pay Range for this position: $125,000•$187,300 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
