Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee and optimize all inventory management functions within our manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising cycle counts, managing material flow, and ensuring inventory integrity to support production efficiency and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on inventory experience in a manufacturing environment, and a solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily inventory control operations and warehouse accuracy
  • Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP/MRP systems
  • Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels
  • Collaborate with purchasing, production, and accounting to ensure material availability and cost accuracy
  • Develop and improve inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Qualifications
  • 3+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 0-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably JobBOSS or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools
  • Experience with cycle counting and physical inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with inventory audits and process improvement initiative
  • Train and mentor inventory and warehouse personnel
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards What We Offer

Pay:
$29.00 - $32.00 per hour
