88k - 100k Position Summary The General Manager oversees overall daily operations, financial performance, employee accountability, and customer service. This role is responsible for proactively identifying issues, driving operational improvements, and ensuring consistent execution across all departments and service areas. Key Responsibilities Monitor P&L, KPIs, gross margin, billing, commissions, and account performance. Lead employee performance reviews, coaching, and accountability initiatives. Support new customer startups, bids, and quotes. Ensure all customers receive consistent service and attention. Oversee dispatch, warehouse operations, freight accounts, and remote teams. Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and overtime. Ensure audits, reports, and operational tasks are completed on time. Support extended service areas and special programs. Expectations Take ownership of operational performance and outcomes. Anticipate issues and implement solutions before problems arise. Lead with accountability and drive continuous improvement. Maintain strong communication and follow-through. Ensure teams are engaged, productive, and meeting expectations. Deliver consistent service excellence to customers and internal stakeholders.
