Corporate Operations Corporate Headquarters Overview The Director of Global Warehousing , based in Coopersburg, PA , plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of Lutron's worldwide warehousing network. This position drives operational excellence across both internal facilities and third party logistics (3PL) partners, ensuring that Lutron delivers safe, reliable, and cost effective order fulfillment to customers around the globe. You will set the vision for global warehousing performance, establish and standardize best in class processes, and champion a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a high visibility, high impact role that influences operations across multiple continents and directly supports Lutron's growth and customer experience goals.

Lehigh Valley, PA, Austin, TX, Ashland, VA, Chihuahua, MX, and London 3

PL Network:

China, Amsterdam, and additional international partners Reporting Structure Reports to:

Lehigh Valley Warehouse Manager;

Global Warehousing Improvement Champion Dotted-Line Leadership:

Site Warehouse Managers Responsibilities Develop and execute a global warehousing strategy aligned to supply chain objectives. Establish standard metrics across warehousing, set goals, and drive performance monthly to those goals. Establish global standards for warehouse operations and compliance. Lead and mentor warehouse managers; run cadence-based performance reviews. Ensure inventory accuracy and fulfillment performance across the network. Partner with Director of Logistics to manage 3PL SLAs, KPIs. Partner with Delivery Team leadership to optimize what SKUs are fulfilled from which locations to optimize service levels. Lead change management of SAP best practices at Lutron warehouses. Manage global warehousing budget and capital expenditures. Assess and mitigate operational risks; maintain contingency plans. Promote Lean/6σ principles and continuous improvement culture.

TRIR/TIR, audit performance.

Quality:

Inventory accuracy %, shipment accuracy %.
