Job Description
Clemens Food Group is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor. The ideal candidate will keep inventory accurate, product moving, and teams aligned in a fast-paced 24/7 warehouse operation. As our next Warehouse Inventory Supervisor, you'll lead inventory control from cycle counting to FSQA releases, reporting, and team development. Maintain inventory-control standards across cycle counting, co-pack receiving, and inter-plant STO shipping/receiving, with timely and accurate reporting. Solve the variance. Lead root-cause analysis and solutions for discrepancies, returns, rebox, damages, and disposal. Protect product flow. Ensure required FSQA releases are obtained before loading product and support order-fulfillment KPIs. Develop people. Lead hiring, training, recognition, accountability, evaluations, and development of team leaders and coordinators. The challenges you'll tackle Inventory complexity. Balance cycle counts, co-pack receiving, inter-plant STO shipping/receiving, returns, damages, rebox, and disposal with clear tracking and accountability. Data-driven execution. Keep reports accurate and on time, respond to stakeholders, and use ERP/WMS data to drive decisions. 24/7 warehouse pace. Plan labor, support shift opening and closing, back up the Senior Manager, support daily warehouse supervision, and provide support to outbound operations as business needs require. What success looks like First 90 days Inventory-control standards and SOPs are current, understood, and consistently followed. Daily reporting, cycle counts, FSQA release checks, co-pack receiving, and inter-plant STO shipping/receiving processes are running efficiently and accurately. Year 1 Inventory variances are addressed through documented root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions. Continuous-improvement initiatives strengthen inventory accuracy, compliance, product flow, and efficiency across inventory and support outbound operations. Team leads and coordinators are developing, and you are a dependable backup for the Inventory Control Senior Manager. Must-haves High school diploma or GED and 2+ years in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations. 2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports. Working knowledge of ERP/WMS inventory-control integration and strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, attention-to-detail, and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask, adapt to new concepts, work collaboratively, and support a 24/7 warehouse operation. Nice-to-haves Associate or bachelor's degree.
