Automotive Assistant Parts Manager - Luther Ford Lincoln | Homer City, PA About Us Luther Ford Lincoln is a growing, privately owned automotive dealership group with a rare opening for an experienced automotive parts professional. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual who is ready to grow with us and make a real impact in our parts department. The Opportunity We are looking for someone who can support our Parts Manager in the day-to-day operations of a high-volume Ford/Lincoln dealership parts department and who has the ambition and capability to grow into a leadership role. We are willing to consider a motivated, driven candidate who is ready to make the move into assistant parts management. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the Parts Manager in daily department operations including ordering, receiving, and inventory management Providing exceptional service to service technicians, service advisors, and wholesale customers Managing special order parts, cores, and returns in a timely and accurate manner Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Assisting with inventory control, obsolescence management, and stocking guide compliance Building relationships with wholesale accounts and outside customers Learning Ford parts systems and dealer management software (DMS) What We're Looking For Prior automotive dealership parts experience strongly preferred An exceptional and verifiable career track in customer service and parts department operations Working knowledge of Ford or other OEM parts systems a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently Someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to grow What We Offer Performance-based pay plan with no limit on earnings Advancement opportunities based on performance and merit — we promote from within Exceptional management support, autonomy, and the resources you need to maximize your career potential Solid benefits package A stable, privately owned dealership environment where your work is noticed and rewarded How to Apply Contact us today in strict confidence.
