We seek a diligent, dedicated and meticulous Inventory Manager who will help to further our success and reputation in the industry through world-class service.Specifically:
Train, coach, and develop inventory staff. Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and procedural discipline. Manage daily stockroom operations, including material storage, picking, issuing, and replenishment. Enforce proper handling and storage of delicate and ESD-sensitive components. Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation processes. Ensure timely distribution of material kits to first, second, and weekend-shift production staff. Optimize stockroom layout and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce risk of damage. Partner with Production, Planning, Receiving, and Quality teams to ensure timely material availability. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet daily production schedules. Support company-wide implementation of Manufacturing Execution System. Maintain MRP settings for consumable material shelf minimums and maximums. Manage shelf minimums and enter purchase order requests for consumable materials. Participate in physical inventory at the end of each half-year.Requirements:
BS in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related discipline. 7-10 years of inventory or stockroom management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience handling small, high-value, or fragile components preferred. Experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments preferred. Experienced with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Comfortable working in a clean manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE. Highly organized and efficient at prioritizing workload. Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.Work Location:
