Job Description

As a Parts & Inventory Manager, you'll lead NAPA's parts and inventory operations that support our Maintenance Department. This position manages purchasing, inventory control, vendor relationships, and a team of parts clerks. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily parts department operations to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management in compliance with company policies. Manage inventory control levels & processes including part identification, parts availability, costing, system accuracy, and regular cycle counts. Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and source quality parts at the best value. Lead, train, and support a team while promoting accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in parts, inventory, or materials management (fleet or maintenance experience preferred). Strong understanding of inventory systems and costing methods.
