Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Possible. As a Logistics National Coordinator, you will serve as a central operations partner for the logistics organization, which will include providing executive admin support to the VP of Logistics, coordinating national events, and owning select national programs (e.g., uniforms, BIP nonunion incentives, COUPA, engagement activities). You will also support the Digital Solutions team by helping manage digital tools, drive adoption, and provide hands-on support to field teams. Together, these responsibilities ensure consistent delivery of national programs while driving efficiency and innovation across the logistics organization. How You Will Contribute Admin support for VP Logistics and the Logistics Leadership team. COUPA Management Lead for the Logistics organization. Coordinate national events and support regional events (e.g., summits, training, recognition programs): manage logistics, agendas, communications, budgets, venues, travel, and vendor relationships. Lead national programs, (e.g., uniform management and BIP nonunion incentives - including requirements, timelines, inventory or fulfillment tracking, policy documentation, and change communications). Assist and facilitate training and adoption for projects and program rollouts. Maintain data quality and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely information flows through our platforms; publish recurring metrics as needed. Lead engagement activities in partnership with the people team. Own and lead communication matrix and flow for the logistics organization (e.g., performance updates, engagement calendar, people corner emails). What You Will Bring Program/project management skills with strong organization, attention to detail, and on time delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management and confidentiality. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and remove roadblocks. Experience in digital systems support, application management, or workflow automation. Familiarity with QuickBase, Power Apps, or other low code/no code platforms (nice to have). Solid analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets/dashboards; comfort synthesizing insights for leadership. Demonstrated event planning/operations capability (logistics, vendors, budgets, communications). Travel Requirements Minimal travel required, with occasional site or event travel based on national program needs.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
