This highly visible role serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, leading enterprise-wide innovation, commercialization, and operational excellence efforts.

Power the GrowthLead the enterprise Supply Chain strategy roadmap, aligning initiatives with long-term growth objectives and operational priorities.

Drive large-scale transformation programs that improve profitability, customer service, agility, and overall supply chain performance.

Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, customer service, and technology.

Oversee innovation governance, portfolio management, and commercialization processes to accelerate business growth.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful execution of new product launches and strategic initiatives.

Develop business cases and investment strategies supporting automation, technology advancement, network optimization, and capital projects.

Establish performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms that demonstrate tangible business impact.

Work Schedule:
8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.4 days in-office | 1 day remote
Travel Requirements:
This role requires approximately 30-40% travel to support plant locations, cross-functional business partnerships, strategic initiatives, vendor engagement, and industry events.

Bring Your Boldness7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, consulting, operations, innovation, or related fields.

Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and business case development skills.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.

Experience leading commercialization, portfolio management, innovation, or stage-gate processes.

Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Strong change leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational adoption and execution.

MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
