Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer-packaged goods industry, is seeking a Inventory and Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As a Inventory and Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

$70.92
Shift:
9am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Record and maintain inventory and production transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage co-packer production builds, bill of materials activity, and inventory receipts across multiple warehouse locations. Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation. Investigate unusual variances, overages, shortages, and damaged inventory issues. Create and maintain bills of materials, track inventory in transit, and reconcile transfers across various sites. What's Needed? Three or more years of experience in inventory operations, supply chain, or related fields. Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise or similar inventory management systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. Experience working with contract manufacturers, third-party logistics providers, and multiple warehouse locations. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote environment. What's in it for me?
