We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and execute supply chain projects focused on product lifecycle and change control management. Our team values expertise in navigating complex, cross-functional environments to ensure compliant and timely product launches and variations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee timelines for change control management in alignment with variation and regional operations leads, coordinating task completion across multiple departments. Maintain full compliance and accuracy in managing Change Control Management systems for global distribution and customer-facing SKU changes. Communicate status updates and readiness activities to stakeholders in regulatory, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality functions. Identify and analyze operational challenges, lead improvement projects, and create new procedures to drive results while partnering with stakeholders to implement best practices.

Required:

Advanced or bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, associate degree with 6 years, or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience. Demonstrated experience with change control in lifecycle management, including expertise using Trackwise or similar quality systems. Strong working knowledge of GMP regulations and exposure to biotech or pharmaceutical industry practices. Background in supply chain and/or quality, with clear familiarity in lifecycle management activities.
