Book a time to meet with me We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Project Manager to support key initiatives and reporting within the Supply Chain organization on a contract basis. This role will play a critical part in maintaining project alignment, ensuring reporting accuracy, and supporting coordination across both regional and global teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and distribute the NAG Monthly Summary Projects Report Update and manage the Service Level Team Dashboard Oversee and update the North America Project Tracker, ensuring alignment across interdependent reports on a weekly basis Prepare and distribute quarterly Logistics Alerts Compile and share Quarterly Executive Summaries Act as Supply Chain Project Manager for Canadian portfolios, including Aquaphor, Elastoplast, and Coppertone Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within supply chain, operations, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, particularly in reporting and data management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with dashboards and project tracking tools preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both local and global teams Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
