• 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations, or a BS/BA in a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred)
• Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred) Knowledge & Skills
• Basic understanding of business and financial reports
• Proven leadership ability with a talent for engaging and motivating others
• Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment Other Requirements
