This role is responsible for Overseeing all inbound freight activities, including replenishment, receiving, unloading, quality inspections, inventory reconciliation, staging, and put-away of imported containers, domestic vendor shipments, and intercompany transfers. The Inbound Replenishment Supervisor leads a team of Quality Control Inspectors and Material Handling Associates while ensuring all inbound shipments are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting customer order fulfillment. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. What You'll Do- Lead and supervise all daily inbound replenishment operations.
- Manage the unloading, inspection, staging, and put-away of inbound freight.
- Verify shipments against manifests and investigate shortages, overages, or damaged goods.
- Maintain and update the Master Receiving Schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all receiving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise and coach Quality Control Inspectors and Material Handling Associates.
- Coordinate staffing and daily labor assignments to meet operational demands.
- Monitor department productivity and report KPI performance.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Warehouse leadership.
- Maintain organized receiving documentation and records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
