Provides strategic oversight for the management of product fulfillment, in-stock levels, and inventory management for all SKUs (including import and DSD SKUs) to support distribution center and store forecast and replenishment. Job Details § Oversees, at a high level, the management of inventory at distribution centers and stores for an assigned group of vendors and categories. § Develops key performance indicators for vendors. § Strategizes with key cross-functional teams (merchants, planners) to ensure inventory levels align with merchandise policy and financial goals. § Oversight of network inventory analyses to identify issues/opportunities and development of action plans to support company financial goals. § Directs vendor collaboration and score-carding. § Develops new item entrance and exit strategies (planogram resets). § Develops and drives various seasonal categories. § Develops promotional and event planning and execution strategies. § HR responsibilities include managing to include selection, training, performance management, and development for movement within department/organization. § Strong leadership skills; ability to develop and manage people, processes and systems § Ability to deliver expected quantitative and qualitative results § Ability to work cross-functionally § Ability to communicate effectively across all levels § Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills § Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and database applications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, Supply Chain or related field. Five years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, replenishment, or inventory control required. Five years of supervisory experience required. Direct experience in retail industry and/or associated value chain required. Knowledge of supply chain systems preferred. SEYC/Aldata G.O.L.D. knowledge preferred.
