The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all dealership parts operations to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient inventory management, and departmental profitability. This role maintains optimal inventory levels to support both retail and internal customers while providing timely and accurate parts support to the service department. The Parts Manager leads the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, developing, and evaluating parts department employees to build a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial success.
