Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory records, including Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and stock numbers. Coordinate with service departments to ensure used vehicles are promptly prepped and ready for sale. Oversee the receipt, inspection, and processing of used vehicle deliveries to ensure proper documentation and condition. Manage dealer trades, facilitating smooth transactions and inventory adjustments. Assist in managing online inventory merchandising to enhance vehicle presentation and visibility. Ensure the proper organization, cleanliness, and appearance of the vehicle lot to promote a professional image.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive inventory management or a related role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of vehicle inventory systems and online merchandising tools.
