Summary All To Door Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily operations, coordinate logistics activities, and help drive team performance. Your contributions will be essential in delivering high-quality warehousing and logistics solutions. Responsibilitie s Support daily operational activities under the guidance of management Coordinate and oversee project workflows for assigned initiatives Assist teams in achieving and exceeding performance goals Prepare and contribute to reports for internal and external stakeholders Work with management to develop and refine procedures, policies, and processes Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency Provide support with financial tasks such as expense tracking, budgeting, and billing Manage logistics-related responsibilities, including client services and quality control Qualifications and Skills Ability to implement strategies that achieve targets and objectives Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Business acumen and attention to detail Mandarin or Chinese language proficiency is a plus, but not required Education and Experience Relevant work experience may substitute for an associate's or bachelor's degree If you are ready to grow your career and make a meaningful impact in the logistics industry, we encourage you to apply and join the All To Door Logistics team.

Pay:

$41,319.78 - $61,804.46 per year
