Job Description
The Corprate Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory operations and inventory teams across multiple LAC Services locations in Texas and Louisiana. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper stock levels, efficient warehouse operations, and consistent inventory processes across all facilities. Responsibilities Manage inventory teams at multiple Texas and Louisiana locations. Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Conduct cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventories. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Coordinate inventory transfers between facilities. Generate inventory reports and monitor key performance metrics. Work closely with Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams. Train and develop inventory personnel. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote departmental efficiency while ensuring accountability for the financial management and control of a multi-million-dollar inventory at multiple locations. Qualifications 5+ years of inventory management experience. 3+ years of supervisory experience. Experience managing inventory across multiple locations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. Ability to travel regularly between Texas and Louisiana facilities.
