Full-Time PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to support operations at a fast-paced warehousing and distribution facility in Coppell, TX. This role will oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise material handling operations, and ensure efficient workflow between office and floor operations. The ideal candidate will have strong 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and warehouse management experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations. Lead and support warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and safety. Oversee material flow, inventory processing, and order fulfillment activities. Coordinate operational priorities between warehouse floor and office functions. Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and operational procedures. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance guidance to warehouse associates. Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational tracking. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Strong experience within a 3PL warehouse operation is required. Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily operational activities. Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems is a plus. Preferred Experience Logistics, distribution, or fulfillment center experience. Experience overseeing forklift operations and material handling equipment. Exposure to high-volume warehouse environments. Continuous improvement and process optimization experience.
