We're looking for a leader who can take ownership of a parts department, drive revenue, control inventory, and build a high-performing team. What You'll Be Responsible For:

Full ownership of parts department performance (sales, margins, inventory, and operations) Aggressively managing inventory levels, aging, and turns Hiring, training, and holding staff accountable to performance standards Building strong vendor relationships and negotiating for better pricing and availability Ensuring the service department is never waiting on parts Creating in-store merchandising that actually sells—not just looks good Driving upsells and increasing average ticket value Maintaining clean, accurate, and efficient inventory systems

What We Expect:

Proven track record as a Parts Manager or top-performing parts professional You understand KPIs like gross margin, turns, fill rate, and obsolescence—and you manage to them Strong leadership skills—you don't babysit, you lead High level of urgency and accountability Comfortable in a fast-paced, no-excuses environment Experience in powersports, automotive, or marine preferred
