Grapevine, TX Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $80,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Freight forwarding logistics Full Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage end‑to‑end logistics operations, including international forwarding, warehouse distribution, trucking, moving services, and accounting functions. This role ensures high‑quality customer service, operational efficiency, accurate billing, and strong team leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across Air & Ocean forwarding, warehouse, truck, moving, and accounting functions Coordinate shipments with customs brokers, carriers, truckers, and customers Ensure timely, accurate billing, vendor invoice processing, and payment collection Monitor accounts receivable and take action on overdue balances Support and resolve operational and customer service issues Collaborate with sales to maintain and grow business and assist with quotations and pricing Negotiate rates and ensure accurate service pricing Manage costs to maximize profitability Supervise staff, support performance evaluations, and take disciplinary action when needed Maintain organized operational records and files Qualifications & Skills Experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations (Air & Ocean required) Past supervisory experience Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, web systems, CargoWise, and internal systems
