Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Inventory Demand Planner sitting in Houston, Tx. This role will lead inventory planning and material management operations, overseeing a team of Material Planners, Material Coordinators, and Expeditors. This role is responsible for driving demand planning, inventory optimization, and material availability to support business operations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of inventory planning experience with a proven track record of leading full-scale supply chain and inventory improvement projects. A strong manufacturing background is required, with oil and gas experience considered a plus. The successful candidate will bring at least one year of leadership experience and demonstrated success managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies is essential to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.
