Coordinates inventory and meter accountability, trains drivers, performs route duties, audits trucks and vending machines, ensures compliance, and helps optimize delivery schedules. About the job Take the lead in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment where operations, service, and strategy come together. In this role, you'll oversee warehouse logistics, route efficiency, and team performance while driving revenue growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with organizational values. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range:
$56270 per year - $72820 per year What's in it for you Lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and accountability Oversee inventory, purchasing, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless operations and product availability Maintain high standards for service quality, cleanliness, and safety across all vending operations Manage asset tracking and control systems to protect resources and streamline reporting Implement operational improvements that drive profitability and support long-term growth Create a positive and productive work culture rooted in communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement What you'll bring Experience managing teams and operations in a fast-paced logistics, retail, or foodservice environment Organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and route planning effectively Familiarity with asset management systems and a track record of maintaining accurate records and controls A commitment to safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate teams, resolve challenges, and drive resultsRequirements Education Requirement:
