Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, 3PL, or a production environment Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication skills for team collaboration and carrier coordination Proficient in interpreting MRP systems is a plus Solid decision-making and problem-solving capabilities Adept at working under pressure and meeting deadlines Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with developing KPIs and operational metrics Familiarity with logistics software and advanced shipping notice (ASN) creation Prior experience managing a team of 8-12 personnel Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and freight routing

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred High School Diploma with relevant work experience will also be considered
