•We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee and manage our inventory operations. This role is vital in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse processes, and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to optimize storage and reduce waste Lead and train warehouse staff on inventory management best practices and safety protocols Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and coordinate shipments Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to inventory levels and movements Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and supplemental policies, PTO, Holidays, 401(k) Matching Join our organization and be part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Forklift certified High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
