HOURS:
Shifts will be 8-10-hour workdays, 6 days per week (60 hours/week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead inbound and onsite logistics operations for a large-scale industrial refinery project. This position will be responsible for ensuring equipment, materials, and deliveries arrive on site, are properly staged, and reach the workfront in the correct sequence—without logistics becoming a constraint to construction progress. The Logistics Manager will lead and hold logistics personnel accountable while coordinating closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Construction, carriers, vendors, and traffic control teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own inbound and onsite logistics execution for a large industrial refinery project. Lead and manage Logistics Coordinators, traffic control personnel, and logistics support teams. Oversee delivery scheduling, material flow, laydown areas, and onsite staging. Coordinate heavy-haul and oversized equipment moves from delivery through final placement. Manage carrier and vendor interfaces to ensure timely and compliant deliveries. Ensure materials and equipment are delivered to the workfront in the proper sequence and according to construction schedules. Develop and maintain efficient logistics plans that support ongoing construction activities. Monitor site traffic, delivery routes, access points, and material movement. Identify and resolve logistics conflicts in real time to prevent delays or disruptions to construction. Coordinate closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Construction teams to align material availability and delivery schedules. Maintain accountability for team performance, safety, scheduling, and execution. Ensure logistics activities comply with project safety requirements and site procedures. Anticipate potential logistics constraints and proactively develop solutions. Track delivery schedules and communicate changes or issues to project leadership. Support continuous improvement of onsite logistics processes, staging, and material flow.
Qualifications:
5+ years of logistics management experience , preferably in industrial construction, refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or other large-scale projects. OSHA 10-hour Construction Required (or be willing to obtain). Proven experience managing logistics teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of construction material flow, laydown management, and onsite logistics. Experience coordinating heavy-haul, oversized, or specialized equipment moves preferred. Experience working with carriers, vendors, procurement, warehouse, and construction teams. Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to make timely decisions and resolve conflicts in real time. Strong commitment to safety and operational accountability.
