We are looking for an energetic, organized, and hands-on Lot Manager to take charge of our dealership lot, ensuring our inventory looks pristine and operations run smoothly every single day. Position Overview As the Lot Manager, you are the backbone of our daily dealership operations. You are responsible for the first impression our customers get when they walk onto the lot. This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically active role that blends inventory management, light maintenance, team leadership, and logistics. If you love working outdoors, operating machinery, and keeping things meticulously organized, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Lot Display:

Arrange, organize, and stage trailers/RVs to maximize visual appeal and maximize space efficiency. Ensure the lot is clean, safe, and presentable.

Logistics & Heavy Equipment Operation:

Safely operate trucks, forklifts, and tractors to move large trailers and RVs into tight spaces, onto display ramps, or into service bays.

Receiving & Quality Control:

Check in new inventory arriving from manufacturers. Inspect units for any shipping damage, verify VINs against shipping manifests, and log them into the inventory system.

Delivery Preparation:

Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure sold units are washed, detailed, and fully prepped for customer pickup.

Maintenance:

Perform basic lot maintenance, including snow removal, trash cleanup, and ensuring security gates and lighting are functioning.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

Some experience in lot management, warehouse logistics, or a similar role (dealership experience preferred but not required).

Driving Skills:

Exceptional skills in backing up and maneuvering large trailers, fifth-wheels, or RVs. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. (CDL is a plus!).

Equipment Mastery:

Experience operating forklifts, tractors, or skid steers.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Leadership Traits:

A self-starter with a strong work ethic who can manage their own time and direct others without constant supervision.

From $18.00 per hour
