Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and strong leadership skills. Deep understanding of operational principles. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Relevant certifications (e.g., COM, PMP), is a plus. Familiarity with the DCSA IT environment and policies, is a plus.

Pay range:

$120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and skill set.
