Job Description

Job Title:
Supply Chain Manager Job Description Need a hands-on supply chain leader with strong experience in demand and inventory planning, capable of driving data-driven supply strategies, leading teams, and leveraging Oracle (preferably Fusion) to support
SIOP/IBP
processes and overall supply performance. Responsibilities Lead weekly business level PSI reviews alongside commercial counterparts. Maintain the weekly and monthly supply plan and reconcile it against demand and sales plans over a 12-month horizon. Develop and execute strategic plans for material cost improvements from a global supply base. Champion supplier quality and delivery issues to resolution. Partner with key vendors to ensure long-term supply of critical materials based on demand plans. Collaborate with global sourcing teams to escalate supply shortages to executive management. Drive synergy and collaboration with other sites within the supply chain teams. Utilize company tools and champion continuous improvement initiatives in quality, delivery, and cost. Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand expectations, minimizing stock-outs and maximizing inventory turns. Develop tools to predict future risks, increase accuracy in supply planning, and provide insights for executive decision-making. Essential Skills 5+ years of data analysis experience within supply planning, including use of data visualization tools 5+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain teams Experience with Oracle, preferably Oracle Fusion Familiarity with PSI, SIOP, or IBP processes (preferred) Required expertise in demand planning and inventory management Bachelors Degree is preffered Work Environment This position requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
