We design and develop market-relevant products across Home, Seasonal, and Furniture categories for major retail channels globally. As a 25-person team, we offer a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the next stage of our growth. About the Role The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes. This role involves managing logistics, orders, vendor relationships, and inventory - while ensuring smooth communication with international vendors. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to support both retail and wholesale operations. What You'll Do Sales Order Management Accurately enter, process, and managesalesordersinNetSuite to support operational workflows. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and factories, ensuring clear andtimelycommunication. Shipping Operations Prepare and manage shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists, ensuring compliance with retailer-specific requirements, particularly Costco. Generate and analyzeitemshipping reports to track performance and ensure on-time deliveries. Generate container loads inloading software. Purchase Order Management Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle, including creation,changes,tracking, and fulfillment, whilemaintainingaccuracy and timeliness. Logistics and Sample Management Coordinate international and domestic freight operations, including ocean freight and third-partylogistics(3PL) management. Optimizeshipping and distribution processes to ensure cost-efficiency andtimelydelivery. Manage sampleshipmentsand find cost effective methods to move air freight with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Data Analysis & Forecasting Perform detailed analyses of retail and wholesale operations toidentifytrends, improve decision-making, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Use Demand Planning tools to ensure that weremainin stockof all stocked products. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with sales forecasts and business needs. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve supply chain and operational efficiency. Compliance and Reporting Ensure all supply chain activitiescomply withrelevant regulations and standards. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational metrics, supply chain performance, and vendor management to senior leadership. Team Leadership and Collaboration Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance and professional growth. Collaborate across departments to align supply chain activities with businessobjectives. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of3-6years of experience in supply chain management or related field. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiencyin NetSuite or similar ERP software. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, factories, and team members. Ability toidentifyissues and develop effective solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Work flexible hours, including evenings/nights, to accommodate international suppliers. Experienceworking with Big Box Retailers in a global landscape. Preferred Qualifications Experience in home goods, consumer products, or licensed brand environments.
