Job Description

AXC Logistics LLC operates out of Amazon Station DSW3 in Burlington, WA. We are a professional, agile, and growth-focused Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) committed to developing people to become the best version of themselves through coaching, accountability, and a growth mindset culture. We take a Customer First and Delivery Associate (DA) centered approach in everything we do. Position Overview AXC Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced and hands-on Fleet Manager to oversee the safety, readiness, maintenance, and operational efficiency of our delivery fleet. This role is responsible for ensuring all company vehicles remain road-ready, compliant, and operational while supporting daily DSP operations. The ideal candidate has experience working within an Amazon DSP environment, strong mechanical and organizational skills, and the ability to step in and support route operations when needed. This is a leadership role requiring urgency, accountability, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Fleet Operations & Vehicle Management Oversee daily fleet readiness and ensure all vans are safe and route-ready Monitor vehicle conditions, cleanliness, damages, and maintenance schedules Coordinate and track preventative maintenance and repairs Perform minor mechanical and cosmetic/body repairs when applicable Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle-related issues Manage towing, recovery, and roadside assistance coordination Track and manage fleet inventory including: Van keys Fuel cards Chargers Devices Pouches Dollies and related equipment Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation Ensure all vehicles meet Amazon DSP and DOT safety standards Dispatch & Operational Support Support daily dispatch operations as needed Assist with routing and operational planning during high-volume periods Step in to support delivery routes or rescue routes when required Communicate with Operations and OTR regarding vehicle or route-related concerns Monitor route performance and help resolve on-road issues efficiently Support station closeout processes and vehicle check-ins Safety & Compliance Promote a strong safety-first culture across the fleet and operations team Ensure drivers report vehicle defects and damages properly Conduct vehicle inspections and follow-up on repair needs immediately Monitor fleet compliance and reduce preventable vehicle damages Assist with driver coaching related to vehicle care and safe driving practices Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 12 months of Amazon DSP experience preferred Previous Fleet Manager or fleet coordination experience strongly preferred Demonstrable experience performing: Minor mechanical repairs Minor body repairs Vehicle troubleshooting and diagnosis Experience with towing and vehicle recovery operations preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word Comfortable working with digital fleet and dispatch systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Ability to perform rescue routes and delivery support when operationally required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Growth opportunities into salaried Operations leadership roles Weekly performance incentives Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Referral Program Tuition Reimbursement Overtime opportunities available Why Join AXC Logistics?
