Infiniti of Tacoma is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead a high-performing parts operation. Requirements:

2+ years of automotive dealership parts experience, leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of parts operations, inventory management, gross profit, and dealership processes. Ability to analyze reports, interpret business information, and make informed operational decisions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and meet department objectives. Ability to prepare clear, professional business reports and documentation. Strong mathematical aptitude, including understanding of pricing, discounts, margins, and profitability. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and dealership departments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
