This is not an entry-level inventory position. Previous hands-on cannabis retail inventory experience is required for consideration. We are looking for someone who already understands the day-to-day inventory responsibilities of a Washington State cannabis retailer, including inventory reconciliation, manifests, traceability, product receiving, ordering, and LCB compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory while managing multiple back-office responsibilities. Experience with POSaBIT is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working with cannabis inventory systems, JSON inventory files, manifests, and traceability records. MUST BE 21+. Primary Responsibilities Manage daily cannabis inventory and back-office inventory operations Maintain accurate inventory records within POSaBIT Receive and verify incoming cannabis product orders Review and process incoming manifests Create and process return manifests Perform regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate product quantities and inventory records Handle JSON inventory input/imports and related inventory data Maintain proper cannabis traceability records Track and document vendor and employee samples Assist with product ordering and inventory purchasing decisions Monitor inventory levels and identify products requiring reorder Verify incoming products against invoices, manifests, and purchase orders Maintain organized inventory and back-stock areas Ensure inventory procedures comply with Washington State LCB regulations Maintain accurate documentation for inventory adjustments, returns, transfers, and other inventory activity Work with management to maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory records Assist with preparation for inventory audits and LCB compliance reviews Identify inventory problems and communicate discrepancies to management promptly Required Experience & Qualifications Previous cannabis retail inventory or cannabis back-office experience is

Hands-on experience with cannabis inventory counts, reconciliation, and audits Experience receiving cannabis orders and processing incoming manifests Experience creating and processing return manifests Understanding of Washington cannabis traceability and LCB compliance requirements Experience with cannabis product ordering and inventory management Experience tracking cannabis samples and inventory adjustments Familiarity with JSON inventory files/imports Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to accurately manage large numbers of products and SKUs Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently Must be 21 years of age or older Preferred Experience POSaBIT inventory and back-office experience strongly preferred Previous experience as a Cannabis Inventory Manager, Inventory Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar cannabis retail position Experience conducting full-store cannabis inventory audits Experience with product purchasing, vendor ordering, and inventory-level management Strong working knowledge of Washington State cannabis retail compliance and traceability procedures Important Cannabis inventory experience is required for this position. This role requires someone who can step into an established cannabis retail operation with a working understanding of manifests, inventory reconciliation, traceability, audits, product receiving, and compliance.
