Job Description
DescriptionAmazon Robotics (AR) seeks a talented and motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Quality Technology Services (QTS) organization. This role owns ERP program delivery by leading the migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, building out the Ariba Business Network for supplier collaboration, designing the supplier onboarding framework, and coordinating with boundary programs for PLM (Teamcenter), Supply Chain Planning (Kinaxis), Integrations, and Data teams. The TPM will drive cross-functional alignment across these pillars, building and executing capability frameworks, managing medium-to-large-scale system implementations, and delivering operational excellence at scale. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and enterprise technology. You will lead programs that connect core supply chain processes with platforms including Oracle
Basic Qualifications
ERP, SAP
S/4HANA, Ariba Supplier Collaboration, Kinaxis planning, and Teamcenter PLM, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration across systems. Success requires strong executive presence, deep ERP domain expertise (particularly Oracle EBS and SAP), hands-on Ariba knowledge, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings a passion for supply chain transformation through technology, proven experience migrating from legacy ERP to SAP, strong operational knowledge of supply chain business processes, and the leadership skills to align diverse stakeholders, delivering committed program scope on time and within budget. Key job responsibilities- Own end-to-end ERP technical program management including the Oracle EBS to
SAP S/4HANA
migration, Ariba Business Network implementation, and supplier onboarding framework design.- Lead cross-functional coordination with dependent teams : PLM (Teamcenter), Supply Chain Planning (Kinaxis), Integration, and Data to ensure aligned timelines, shared dependencies, and cohesive solution delivery.
- Drive requirements design, business process mapping, user acceptance testing, and cutover planning across the ERP migration lifecycle.
- Build and manage the Ariba supplier collaboration platform: onboarding strategy, catalog management, invoice automation, and supplier network enablement.
- Prepare and facilitate business requirements documents, architectural blueprints, and investment business cases with quantitative ROI models.
- Utilize strong business and technical judgment to inform stakeholders of technology and business trade-offs; understand system limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions between ERP and adjacent platforms, and architectural decisions.
- Manage concurrent workstreams across team and organizational boundaries, including development sprints, testing cycles, data migration waves, and integration checkpoints.
- Establish and maintain program governance: status reporting, risk management, escalation protocols, and executive communication cadences.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Research, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain program management spanning multiple functional areas (NPI, Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, or Trade).
- 5+ years of experience with implementation or management of enterprise solutions leveraging oen or more of the following: ERP systems (Oracle
EBS, SAP S/4HANA
), Ariba supplier collaboration and Planning platforms (preferably Kinaxis) , PLM (preferably Temacenter)- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience working directly with IT and engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, MBA, or related advanced degree.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP Certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
- Experience in trade compliance systems and global customs management.
- Experience defining and implementing supply chain data foundations and master data governance.
- Experience with advanced analytics, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight), and data-driven decision making.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives including
RPA, AI/ML
