PeaceHealth is seeking an RN Manager of Perioperative Logistics to lead critical functions that keep surgical services running safely, efficiently, and seamlessly. This is a unique opportunity to influence outcomes behind the scenes while supporting high-quality care at the point of service. Why This Role Matters In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership over sterile processing and perioperative supply logistics —two essential pillars of safe surgical care. You will ensure that surgical teams have the right instruments, equipment, and supplies at the right time, all while maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance and advancing infection prevention practices. As part of the perioperative RN leadership team, you will also contribute to broader departmental success and step in to support leadership coverage when needed.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Pay Range:

What You'll Do Lead operations for Sterile Processing and perioperative logistics , ensuring safe and efficient surgical support Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards (AAMI, AORN, CDC, DNV) Oversee instrument reprocessing, sterilization, case cart systems, and inventory management Partner with perioperative leadership, Infection Prevention, and supply chain to optimize workflow and procedural readiness Monitor and improve performance metrics such as turnaround times, case delays, and tray accuracy Drive continuous process improvement using root cause analysis and corrective action plans Recruit, develop, and lead staff while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration Manage departmental budgets and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and standardization Support strategic initiatives including value analysis and implementation of supply chain technologies
What You Bring Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in
Washington/MSL Minimum:
5 years of perioperative or surgical services experience 3 years of leadership or management experience in healthcare operations Knowledge of sterile processing standards, infection prevention, and perioperative workflows Experience with budgeting and financial management Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) Experience in sterile processing operations within hospital surgical services Familiarity with instrument tracking systems and perioperative supply chain technologies
Skills:
