Job Description

Senior Supply Chain Manager Location:
Northwest Arkansas A leading manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations, including S&OP, procurement, materials management, inventory control, supplier performance, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Manage procurement, materials planning, inventory, and supplier performance. Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Partner with operations, engineering, program management, and finance to support production and customer commitments. Drive successful new product introductions and supplier readiness activities. Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team. Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of supply chain, procurement, materials, or operations experience. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams. 3+ years of ERP system experience. 3+ years of S&OP experience. Strong background in inventory management, supplier development, procurement, and production planning. Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. Preferred Qualifications MBA and/or APICS, ISM, CPSM, CPM, or CSCP certification. Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other complex manufacturing environments. Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
