  • Full-time Position Overview Evolved Habitat is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Logistics Manager to oversee the procurement, receiving, inventory management, project staging, fleet readiness, and logistical coordination required to support our installation teams.
This position serves as the operational bridge between sales, project management, vendors, warehouse operations, and field technicians. The Project Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring every project has the right equipment, materials, documentation, and resources available at the right time and in the right place. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, accountability, and process improvement. They understand that successful installations begin long before technicians arrive at a job site. Through effective planning, inventory control, purchasing, and project preparation, this role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of project materials—from purchasing and receiving through staging, deployment, inventory management, and project closeout. As Evolved Habitat continues to grow, this role has the opportunity to evolve into broader operations management responsibilities.
