In this senior leadership role, you will lead developing the supply chain strategy and its successful implementation for a high growth business. The leader should be both strategic and tactical in leading this function for the long-term growth.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process: Ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
Demand Planning:
Gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting. Drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels. Reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand. Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.
Supply Planning:
Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling. Manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency. Optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks.
Performance Reporting:
Develop and present key performance indicators KPIs) related to demand and supply planning. Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends and actionable recommendations.
Team & People Management:
You will work in a professional, highly motivated, and passionate team of integrated supply chain professionals serving our customers around the globe. You will lead, mentor and develop a team of Demand Forecasting, Production Planning and Materials professionals and build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement.
YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management. 15+ years experience leading teams with experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Experience with supply chain management implementation. ASCM certification, preferred. Willingness to travel (
