We are in need of an Assistant Parts Manager at our Oconomowoc campus. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Assistant Parts Manager will own the job duties listed below: Responsibilities Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information Pulls and fills orders from stock Follows up on back-ordered parts Replenishes assigned inventory daily Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians Other duties as assigned Requirements Parts experience required Valid driver's license Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Detail-Oriented Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Excellent communication skills Benefits Competitive Compensation Plans Medical, Dental & Vision Optional Life & Disability Insurance 401k with Company Match Employee Discount Program PTO & Holiday Pay Growth and Advancement Opportunities Continuous Training and Development Flexible Scheduling - no
