We are in need of an Assistant Parts Manager at our Oconomowoc campus. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Assistant Parts Manager will own the job duties listed below:
ResponsibilitiesAssists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional mannerAnswers phone calls, providing price quotes and other informationPulls and fills orders from stockFollows up on back-ordered partsReplenishes assigned inventory dailyMakes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service orderIssues and tracks requested shop tools to techniciansOther duties as assignedRequirementsParts experience requiredValid drivers licenseAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentDetail-OrientedFocused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceExcellent communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive Compensation PlansMedical, Dental & VisionOptional Life & Disability Insurance401k with Company MatchEmployee Discount ProgramPTO & Holiday PayGrowth and Advancement OpportunitiesContinuous Training and DevelopmentFlexible Scheduling - no
