Route Manager

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a professional, growth-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Manager. In this key leadership role, youll help drive service excellence, develop frontline talent, and support business growth across your assigned district.

What You'll DoAs a Route Manager, you'll play a vital part in our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representativesConducting regular customer service audits and resolving service issues promptlySupporting route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as neededDriving growth and performance across your district through service excellenceAssisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee developmentMaintaining strong relationships with customers and reinforcing our service commitmentPerforming all other duties as assigned with a proactive, team-first mindsetOther duties as required.

This position is designed for career progression into higher leadership roles.

What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teamsExperience in training, goal setting, employee development, and day-to-day team managementStrong customer service and communication skillsClean driving record that meets company standards (CDL not required)Ability to travel up to 50%Willingness and ability to operate a delivery route when neededMilitary experience highly valued and encouragedAssociate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not requiredBenefits of working at
