- Minimum of two years of experience in supervisory or lead capacity.
- Knowledge of effective employee supervision techniques and collective bargaining practices.
- Experience working within a school district or similarly structured public agency.
- Have completed more than 50% of all prerequisite requirements necessary to enroll in the Instructor Program; and
- Provide a signed verification letter from the assigned CDE approved Instructor/Trainer confirming prerequisite completion, enrollment status, and progress in the course.
- Possess and maintain a valid California driver's license.
