This position oversees all operational aspects of the Transportation and Parking departments. This role ensures parking and transportation operations operate in an efficient manner, while managing department labor and other expenses. The Assistant Manager orchestrates the base experience with traffic control, parking operations, transportation operation, health and safety, all while providing the experience of a lifetime to our guests This role works closely with other departments to maintain fleet vehicles, operate equipment, and clear snow and debris from roadways, pathways, stairwells, etc.Job Specifications:

Yes Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of leads and line-level employees to fulfill their job duties and provide assistance and guidance as needed
- Maintain transportation & parking operations
- Manage all driver & parking attendant schedules and training requirements
- Manage all Driver Qualification Files / Records
- Manage DOT Drug Testing program in accordance with
FMCSA & DOT
Standards- Meet with guests and employees to follow-up on complaints, incidents, and/or accidents
- Attend meetings across the resort in support of overall buisness goals
- Excel in the performance of all job duties of a driver and or dispatcher as needed
- Administrative records keeping, and data analysis
- Any other responsibilities as required
Job Requirements:
Preferred:
- Clean driving record
Required:
- Must hold a current CDL license with Passenger endorsement
- Previous leadership experience
- Exemplary guest service and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, as needed
- Proficiency in data analytics and statistics The expected pay range is $25.00/Hr
