Full-time Job Description We are hiring an experienced FedEx BC for a new operation in Richmond, CA This is a leadership role for someone who already understands FedEx contractor operations and can help manage daily execution from day one. This is not an entry-level position. Responsibilities Oversee daily dispatch and route execution Manage driver performance, attendance, and accountability Support service, pickup, and safety performance Help train, coach, and develop drivers Solve operational issues quickly and professionally Qualifications Prior experience as a FedEx BC required Strong knowledge of dispatch, route planning, pickups, and service Experience managing drivers in a fast-paced delivery environment Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Organized, dependable, and safety-focused Please do not apply if you only have driver experience and no BC experience.
